Bloom Kids

Child and adolescent psychotherapy from a holistic and conscious approach.

Bloom Kids is a specialized child and adolescent psychotherapy program designed to support children and young people in their emotional, cognitive, and social development.
We take a holistic view of the individual, understanding that each child is unique and that their well-being depends not only on their inner world but also on their family, school, and social environment.
Our sessions are carefully designed to meet each child’s individual needs, fostering emotional expression, self-regulation, creativity, and inner security.
We work in a playful yet structured way, combining the science of psychology with approaches based on the body, art, and sound.

At Bloom Kids, we integrate techniques from Clinical and Developmental Psychology, Humanistic Psychotherapy, Dance-Movement Therapy, Therapeutic Play, Peter Hess Sound Therapy®, and Emotional Education strategies.
This approach allows children to express themselves naturally and authentically, transforming their emotions into movement, words, or creation.
The process also includes working with parents, offering guidance and practical tools to strengthen family bonds and support at home.
We believe that children’s emotional well-being is built on connection, understanding, and empathy.

During the sessions, the child explores their emotions and experiences through play, body language, and sound.
We create a safe and nurturing space where they can communicate without fear of judgment, understand their feelings, and develop inner resources to cope with the challenges of their daily life.
Each therapeutic process is adapted to the child’s pace, integrating moments of observation, creation, and reflection.
The goal is not to “correct behavior,” but to understand the message behind the behavior and support the child in building a healthy emotional balance.
