The Universal Bowls are sound bowls made of high quality materials. With their wide range of sounds, they can be used to work the whole body. They stand out for their intense vibration, being especially suitable for use on the reflex zones of feet, hands and knees, as well as all joints. They have a frequency range between 100 and 2800 Hz and weigh between 900 g and 1000 g.
