Sound Massage
A professional method of deep relaxation and body harmonization based on vibration.
What does it consist of?
The Peter Hess® Sound Massage is a method developed in Germany with over 40 years of research and clinical application.
Its foundation is based on the principles of vibrational physics and the neurophysiology of sound: the harmonic waves emitted by Peter Hess® singing bowls are transmitted to the body, producing a resonance effect that stimulates coherence between the nervous, muscular, and cellular systems.
During the session, the bowls are placed directly on the body (while clothed), and as they are gently vibrated, the sound waves propagate through the fluids and tissues.
This phenomenon generates a neuromuscular synchronization response that activates the vagus nerve, the main communication pathway between the body and brain, inducing states of deep relaxation and physiological regeneration.
The Peter Hess® model combines modern scientific knowledge with the ancestral understanding of sound as a natural balancing element. Each bowl has been crafted and tested in laboratories in Germany to guarantee its vibrational purity, precise frequency, and safety for use on the body.
What you can expect
At the start of the session, a brief orientation conversation is held to tailor the experience to your needs. You then lie comfortably on a massage table or mat, while the singing bowls are placed on different areas of your body—back, abdomen, shoulders, hands, and feet—following a structured sequence.
The vibrations are felt as gentle waves flowing through the body. Within minutes, the mind enters a state of stillness and presence, similar to that experienced during deep meditation.
Muscles relax, breathing deepens, and the parasympathetic nervous system takes over, allowing for a natural response of rest and self-regulation.
Each session is an invitation to reconnect with your own inner rhythm, release accumulated tension, and experience a sense of complete harmony.
